Job Details:

Reports To: Lead SLP/Clinical Manager
Salary: Up to $70,000 (base salary + bonus structure)

Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday–Friday

(Consistent attendance is important; flexibility for time off can be planned in advance)

Work Setting

  • In-person
  • Outpatient clinic
  • School and community settings as needed
  • Location: Durham, NC
  • Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to start.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in North Carolina

  • ASHA certified (CCC-SLP)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families
  • Team-oriented, positive, and proactive
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working with the pediatric population

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate schedules with the front desk to support efficient and balanced caseloads

  • Evaluate new patients
  • Treat existing patients following individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families to support carryover and progress
  • Discharge patients when goals are met
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation per company guidelines
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide services across settings as needed (clinic, teletherapy, schools, daycares/preschools)
  • Participate in staff meetings and team collaboration
  • Assist with general clinic support (organizing, materials, etc.) during downtime
  • Engage in occasional community and marketing events
